Helping people doing good things, get even better.
I work with purpose driven businesses to help top-performers go from great to outstanding so they can accelerate their impact.
Coaching Methodology.
Developmental coaching is at the cutting edge of modern coaching and is deeply effective for long lasting and sustainable growth.
It’s not just about fixing a problem or achieving a specific goal; it's about transforming the way a person functions, sees the world, and interacts with it.
We deep dive on beliefs, values and what is driving unwanted behaviours to unearth opportunity for holistic growth and to help you think, feel and behave differently.
Working with clients in the impact space is my bread and butter. I am passionate about having a higher purpose through my work. Coaching change makers to get better at what they do means my coaching accelerates impact, making the world a better place.
Impact, Accelerated.
My Style.
I bring warmth and humour (where appropriate!) to my sessions to make sure you experience a safe and non-judgemental space where you can truly be yourself.
Through deep self-reflection, incisive questions and strong feedback, my clients experience profound light bulb moments which shift the way they think, feel and therefore behave.
I work with high performers who have hit a ceiling in their career. The thing getting in the way is not a lack of skills or knowledge but rather behaviours, beliefs and self-doubt.
With more self-awareness, confidence and the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships, clients start to be able to show up as the best version of themself, going from great to outstanding.
From Great to Outstanding.
Case Studies.
-
Sophie, Ethical Investment Manager
Sophie was struggling at work and at home. She felt stuck with her career and behaviours that were getting in the way of her progression. She had lost the confidence to speak up and back herself with her decisions and opinions in the workplace. Once we identified where her self-doubt was coming from and reframe the beliefs around it, she was able to get more clarity on what was driving her behaviour and where it was holding her back. Through this awareness, she was able to get more behavioural flexibility to respond in the way she needed to. This shift in her behaviour was observed by the business and meant she was given a well overdue promotion and pay rise. She also gained the confidence to start a personal project she had been wanting to do for a long time, but had not had the confidence to follow through on.

Dave, CEO, Climate Tech Start-Up
Dave came to me with high staff turnover, high levels of stress and was burning out. We dug into what was going on and realised he was making decisions based on what would keep his team happy rather than what was good for the business because he wanted them to like him and didn't want to "burden" them with too much work. He therefore refused to delegate which was giving him more to do and actually causing the team to be disengaged as they were not progressing in their responsibilities. Once he realised this, he was able to start bringing more objectivity into his decision making and started delegating more. This resulted in reduced staff turnover, higher engagement scores and better, more informed decision making across the business.

Kate, Doctor
Kate was not able to take time out for herself without feeling guilty about it. Every time she would start to do something for herself that involved downtime, she would be telling herself that she "should" be doing something more productive like housework or more work (including outside of her working hours!). We explored what was driving the expectations she had for herself and helped her to gain clarity on the fact that no one else held these expectation of her. With clarity on this and the right strategy on how to give herself permission to rest when she needs it, Kate was able to bring herself back from the edge of burnout. She now actively makes more time for herself and is more relaxed at work, is more productive (ironically!) and has a better relationship with her partner because of spending more quality time together.
